Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our craftsmanship. Because our items are custom, handcrafted, and often one-of-a-kind (unique pieces), we maintain a carefully balanced return policy to preserve the integrity of our wearable art while ensuring your complete peace of mind.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the date of delivery to request a return. 

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original, pristine condition. This means it must be:
* Completely unworn and unused(No signs of wear, perfumes, or alterations).
* 100% free of scratches, scuffs, or dents on the silver and gemstones.
* Accompanied by **all original tags, certificates, and premium packaging (pouches, boxes, and cloths).
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note: Items showing any signs of wear or damage will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own expense.

 2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first at sales@artical-heart.com within your 14-day window. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item from multiple angles to verify its condition. 

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the authorized return shipping address via email. 

Important Shipping Terms:
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, tracking fees, customs duties, and taxes for non-quality-related returns. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at sales@artical-heart.com within **48 hours of delivery** with photographic proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Final Sale Items
Customized items, personalized engravings, or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and meticulously inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the refund is approved or rejected based on the item's condition. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@artical-heart.com.
